Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Vuuh, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement. 

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with our esteemed clientele, including industry giants like Bestseller, Salling, Magasin, DK Company, Wehkamp, Hugo Boss, and other fashion market leaders. 

By understanding their unique needs and objectives, you will guide them to maximize the value of our platform, driving their success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and a close relationship through proactive communication and support.

Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.

Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and technical teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities within your client portfolio.

Act as a customer advocate internally, providing valuable feedback and insights to inform product roadmap decisions and enhance the overall customer experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to better support customers and drive business growth.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with both international and Danish clients.

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a SaaS, technology-driven or fashion environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build close and positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Commercial acumen with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.

A service-oriented approach combined with a strategic mindset to balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.

Occasional working from home is of course possible, but we would prefer you mostly working from the office.
