You might say that Vuuh is the modern version of EDI.

1. EDI is expensive to set up Vuuh is plug & play.

2. EDI has to be updated every time there is a change (meaning extra cost) Vuuh enables retailers to make all the changes they want without any hassle, neither for themselves, nor for their brands.

3. EDI has to be set up individually Vuuh can connect you to anyone with a one-time setup.

NO – We have put a lot of effort into making Vuuh highly intuitive and easy to use, and we are constantly challenging ourselves to do even better.

NO – You can use Vuuh for all of your retailers. Regardless if they are on the platform, which system they use, or where they are located in the world. We either have them on the platform, or have an integration to them. This means you can connect directly, or you can send us the specific templates with the retailer requirements and then you can use Vuuh to automatically and seamlessly fill those out.

YES – If you already love your setup for distributing product data and images and are not interested in Vuuh but still have retailers asking you to deliver through Vuuh, we have our Basic package where you cater to your retailers without any extra fluff.

If one of your retailers wants you to deliver product data and images through Vuuh, you can use our Freemium package. If another of your retailers asks you to deliver through Vuuh and you still don’t want all the benefits Vuuh can provide, you can use our Basic package that starts from just €19/month.

In case your retailers are actively using Vuuh, they just download your data directly from Vuuh, order-based and following all of their requirements.

And in case your retailers are not using Vuuh (they are obviously missing out), then you provide us with the specific retailer template and requirements. Then you can easily download their template filled out, perfectly of course, based on a specific order, after which you can send it to them.

Maybe not – We do not have all the brands in the world (not yet). If we do not have all of your brands that you would like to automate, we assist you in reaching out to them and inviting them onto the platform (chances are that we have talked to them before). And no worries – if they are not already on Vuuh, we offer them a Freemium deal where they can connect and deliver product data and images to you free of charge.

If one or multiple of your brands refer you to get both product data and images through Vuuh, then you can download those, order based, in the format of the brand – quick, easy, and free of charge. You only pay for using Vuuh as a retailer if you want to take complete control of how your product data and images are delivered.

YES – Here you have two options:

1. You get your own personalized template, either for your CMS, POS, Economic system, or whatever you prefer. This way you download product data from your brands in a format that you can easily import to your systems and thereby, basically automating the product creation process.

2. If you want to fully automate the product creation you can integrate directly to Vuuh, meaning that we create the products perfectly in your system without you even having to be involved.
