Steps for brands after onboarding
1. Connect with retailers
A. While logged in, head over to Retailers from the menu to the left.
B. Find the retailer you would like to connect with and click on Give Access.
C. Press Connect if you are sure about your action.
2. Make sure data is available
A. Head over to Products. That is where you can review products from your collections and add/edit product data.
B. Products that are missing data are highligted in yellow.
C. Missing data points are pointed out on the products themselves. Click on Add data to add the missing data.
D. To see more of the missing data points, click on any data point dropdown. The missing data points are listed on top. Select one to preview it on the products, then follow the point above (C).
E. Data can also be missing from specific colors or sizes. In that case, press on the arrow to the right to get to the Colors page.
3. Supply images via WeTransfer
For the time being, please share images via WeTransfer.
Vuuh is working on their own ImageBank which will be available soon.
4. Create orders when a sale or a transfer is made
A. Head over to Orders from the menu to the left.
B. Create a new order by clicking on Add an Order.
C. Select the retailer you are creating an order for and press Continue.
D. On the next step, you will be presented with two options:
1. Upload order files and click Submit files or 2. Add an order via barcodes.
E. In case you choose to add orders via barcodes, you will be able to add the barcodes (one per line) within a text field. Once done, press Submit files.
