1. Does it cost anything to use Vuuh?
It’s free to join Vuuh.
We’ll invite you for a short chat to understand your setup and help you get started.
You can use Vuuh to deliver product data and images to the retailers who request it and if you’re interested, we can also help you automate and streamline your workflows even further.
2. How does my data get from Vuuh to my retailers?
There are two different scenarios when you become a Vuuh user:
1. Your retailers are actively using Vuuh
They simply download your data directly from Vuuh, order-based and following all of their requirements.
Or they can have an automation sending your data & images directly to their system.
2. Your retailers are not using Vuuh
You provide us with the specific retailer template and requirements. Then you can easily download their template filled out perfectly, based on a specific order, after which you can send it to them.
Additionally, we can also build a setup that automates the delivery of your product images & data directly to your retailers’ email or system.
3. Can I only use Vuuh for retailers already on the platform?
No – You can use Vuuh for all of your retailers. Regardless if they are on the platform, which system they use, or where they are located in the world.
If your retailers are not yet on Vuuh, you can easily invite them to join the platform.
4. How is Vuuh different from EDIs?
You might say that Vuuh is the modern version of EDI.
1. EDI is expensive to set up → Vuuh is plug & play.
2. EDI has to be updated every time there is a change (meaning extra cost) → Vuuh enables retailers to make all the changes they want without any hassle, neither for themselves, nor for their brands.
3. EDI has to be set up individually → Vuuh can connect you to anyone with a one-time setup.

1. Does it cost anything to use Vuuh?
1. If one or multiple of your brands refer you to Vuuh, you can receive both product data and images through the platform.
2. You can download everything order-based and in the exact format provided by the brand.
3. It’s quick, easy, and completely free of charge.
2. Am I supposed to be a tech wizard?
1. No — Vuuh is designed to be intuitive and easy to use.
2. We continuously work to improve the experience and make onboarding simple for everyone.
3. If needed, we’ll also help you get started and answer any questions along the way.
3. Does Vuuh have all my brands?
Maybe not — we don’t have all brands on Vuuh (yet).
If some of your brands are not on the platform, we’ll help you reach out and invite them to join — there’s a good chance we’ve already been in touch with them.
And no worries. It’s free for brands to join Vuuh and start sharing product data and images with you.
