FAQ
1. What if I have some orders from the last year? Are you going to rewrite the products?
No, we don't rewrite anything. We don't touch the data that's already there.
We only add the data that wasn't there. That means we can enrich your existing products, but without erasing any work/data you did yourself.
2. When are the products created in Shopify?
The products can be created on one of two different 'triggers':
- When the order is confirmed. This is typically months in advance of the actual shipment of the product. This means that products will have a timestamp that can appear 'old' on your shop, not showing the latest products on top.
- The other option is to have products created when dispatched – typically a day or two before they actually arrive at your shop.
3. How are product descriptions generated, is it ‘just’ the descriptions that the brands provide?
Since we get all the data, we can make the descriptions highlight all the nice details. The description is made to be a natural human-like sales oriented created by the help of AI.
4. How do you handle tags and meta fields in Shopify?
Meta fields we automatically identify, and then we try to populate them using the data we have available on the product.
For the tags, most of the stores use custom tags, so we don't apply them by default, but if someone asks we can setup a condition based addition of a tag.
5. Regarding pricing, what if an order contains 40 styles?
We count each order as 'one order' regardless of how many styles we create.
